Sumangla Bishnoi

“At the age of 14 I received the creativity award on stage in front of the whole school, for the fourth consecutive year. That was the first time I imagined what it would be like to pursue creativity for the rest of my life. And I haven’t looked back.”

Sumangla Bishnoi’s knack for employing technology as a strategy for design communication has meant extending the boundaries of traditional brand design. From stints as an in-house designer at an advertising firm in India, to her work at Landor, Cogs and Marvel, IBM, and Emotive Brand she always brings a passion for testing out a new approach to create a truly unique and resonant brand experience.

She attributes her enthusiasm for art and design to her grandmother who taught classical music and arts. Her background includes 8+ years of studying Bharatanatyam – a classical Indian dance – which has moulded her disciplined rigor, yet curious nature when it comes to designing for brands. Sumangla’s innate curiosity and zeal for translating a brand’s story come alive in her uniquely crafted website experiences and translation of design into motion.
