Julia Winn

Digital Marketing Manager

“My philosophy is that we can always bring more creativity to any process. When it comes to marketing, particularly marketing for creative companies, we should tell a story with every campaign and throughout every channel while maintaining plenty of space for play and creative expression.”

A strategic, results-orientated creative storyteller, Julia brings our brand — and our brand narrative — to life in every single digital marketing experience and touchpoint. From the rebrand of our website to email communications and campaigns, she brings a photographic eye, creative writing know-how, and marketing command to ensure that our agency can forge the right connections, with the right leaders, at the right time — and keep those relationships alive and evolving as we do. She’s dedicated to turning prospective clients into brand advocates, embedding our internal processes with ease, and transforming every marketing moment into a green pasture for greater connection, engagement, and impact with those who matter most to our agency: our clients.

Julia has a remarkably diverse background with over 15 years of experience enabling growth initiatives across diverse verticals and industries. After studying Motion Picture at the Brooks Institute of Photography, she immersed herself in the world of film, television and creative production in Los Angeles. After relocating to the Bay Area, she pivoted her creative storytelling to the world of B2B tech at Obscura Digital. Most recently, Julia directed growth marketing at Waggl, a VC-backed enterprise SaaS employee engagement platform.
