Gabriel Medina

Junior Designer

“Before I start designing, I pose a question and attempt to answer it visually. An artist at heart, my creative process is what drives not only my practice but how I view the world around me.”

Gabriel’s work involves the careful weaving of multiple disciplines to create unique digital experiences. Often drawing inspiration from people, culture, and lifestyle, his work aims to create memorable human connections on both sides of the screen. From in-store experiences to international campaigns, his work has been featured in RollingStone Japan and Hypebeast.

Although a Bay Area native, most of Gabriel’s design experience has emerged away from home, working with companies such as Drop Dead Co. in London and the International Star Registry in Chicago. In addition to brand work, Gabriel has also self-published magazines and written and directed short films. His diverse skill set and experiences with different mediums creates unexpected solutions for client problems. His ability to maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process allows for clear and concise visual storytelling to manifest.
