Carol leads client engagements with a focus on close collaboration, deep insights, and compelling storytelling – taking a holistic approach to building both businesses and brands. Her passion is to deeply understand the unique truths of each client – their goals and vision, challenges and opportunities, people and purpose – and create strategy that propels them toward their highest aspirations.

Carol’s client portfolio includes Intel, Toyota, HP, Ubisoft, PG&E, Esurance, Dell, Gallo, and Hitachi, and her agency experience spans global giants and creative boutiques such as McCann Erickson, Duncan/Channon,Young & Rubicam, FCB, ATTIK, and mcgarrybowen. Before she was a strategist, Carol told stories as a political and business journalist in Cairo, Egypt, Washington D.C., and the Bay Area, and as a wine columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle.
